Make sure you know how with Prepared ChildBirth Classes 

I strongly encourage every expectant family to attend childbirth classes to enhance their understanding of what could take place during their birth and how to best deal with it. Even if you have children already, a refresher is often helpful. 

Private classes are available in your home if for $150 per family. All classroom materials are included (but please bring your own pillows). To schedule private classes send email to feastwood@copperbyte.com or call us at (602) 955-0155.
